VISUAL & SENSORY TRAINING

What is Visual and Sensory Training?

Neurocognitive, or visual and sensory, training optimizes how your body takes in and processes information. It’s not enough just to keep your eye on the ball. Train your brain to respond in a way that makes use of all of your strength, agility, and range of motion. Peak motor function relies on good sensory input. Your vision is critical in making decisions about how your body stands and reacts to the world around you. See the difference for yourself by incorporating visual training exercises into your fitness routine.

When coupled with the Senaptec Sensory Station’s visual training exercises, this immersive cognitive training experience enhances:

  • Visual Clarity

  • Contrast Sensitivity

  • Depth Perception

  • Near/Far Quickness

  • Peripheral Vision

  • Multiple Object Tracking

  • Reaction Time

  • Target Capture

  • Hand/Eye Coordination

  • Quick Decision Making

Our facility is home to one of the only Senaptec Sensory Stations in the state. Cognitive training sessions range from 30 minutes to an hour based on your performance goals. At home apps are available to continue your training outside of the facility with remote monitoring to continue to specify your program to your needs.

Athletes Known to Use Sensory Training Technology

Professional athletes including golfers, baseball players, NBA basketball stars, tennis pros, and more have incorporated cognitive training exercises into their athletic training programs. Reach elite levels with sport specific training for the mind and the body.

Sensory Training for Poor Posture and Lazy Eye

Posture is dictated by how you see. If you have problems with visual clarity, you may assume a forward head posture that causes stress on the body. If you have a lazy eye, you may not have proper depth perception, in turn causing you to tilt or turn your head for a complete field of view. Improving your neurocognitive function helps realign your body by strengthening visual weaknesses and enhancing your senses.

Senaptec Strobe Glasses

Refine your mind every day. Senaptec Strobe Glasses can be used at our Senaptec Sensory Station, with your tablet or smart TV, and during physical training drills. With Senaptec Strobe Glasses, you can take our visual training exercises anywhere.
